30-day guarantee
If CTRL Micro Host is not right for you, request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@ctrlmicro.com from the checkout email address. Include the purchase date and, if available, the Stripe receipt number. We may ask you to deactivate your Macs.
After 30 days
Purchases are generally final after 30 days, except where applicable law gives you additional rights or where we approve a refund for a confirmed technical problem we cannot resolve.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunding a purchase revokes its license.
