Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and MedHue Labs LLC. By downloading, purchasing, or using CTRL Micro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Apps and license
The CTRL Micro iPhone companion is free. A CTRL Micro Host purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased major version on up to three Macs you control. The initial license includes all version 1.x updates. It does not promise future major versions or third-party desktop-client compatibility forever.
Acceptable use
You may not resell or share a license key, circumvent activation limits, use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits. You are responsible for actions sent to desktop tools and for reviewing those tools' approvals and output.
Third-party tools
Codex, Claude, Cursor, Apple, and other referenced products are operated by their respective owners. CTRL Micro is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their availability, behavior, and terms can change.
Availability and changes
We may update, repair, or discontinue online license and download infrastructure. A valid signed offline lease is designed to keep an activated Host usable during temporary outages, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties. MedHue Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for CTRL Micro Host. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and contact
We may suspend or terminate a license used fraudulently or in material breach of these terms. You may stop using the apps at any time. Questions: legal@ctrlmicro.com.
